Andrew Marich

I'm a full-stack engineer out of Gilbert, Arizona. Grew up in Tucson and got my start in Finance at the University of Arizona, realized I liked building software more than analyzing spreadsheets, and went back for a Computer Science degree from WGU.

These days I split my time between two roles. At B1 Marketing Group I'm developing the company's software and tooling from the ground up. I'm also CTO and co-founder of Balance, a medical billing platform.

I'm right at home between the technical and business side of things, and understanding what drives each helps me build better products.

Outside of work I spend most of my time with my wife, our daughter, and two Labs who think they run the house... they're probably right. Big on sushi, hoops, and gaming.

Lead intake and routing system for legal services. Call center agents fill out dynamic forms, the system validates and enriches data through third-party APIs, then routes qualified leads to the right vendors. Built with HIPAA compliance baked in.

Accounts receivable platform for medical and dental practices. Handles invoicing, payment collection through Stripe, patient follow-ups via SMS, and bulk operations. Runs on the edge through Cloudflare Workers.

  • Own the frontend across all products. UI/UX design, component development, and making sure what ships looks and works the way it should.
  • Build and maintain API integrations across the platform. HubSpot, DocuSign, Twilio, and several third-party data vendors all connected through services I built.
  • Set up the company's cloud infrastructure, identity management, and dev tooling from scratch.
  • Act as the team's QA layer. Review every PR, catch issues before they ship, and keep the codebase clean.

  • Co-founded a medical billing platform with two partners. I'm the sole engineer, they handle the business and clinical side.
  • Built the full stack on React 19, TanStack, Cloudflare Workers, and Google Cloud. Client 30-day collections went from 30% to 70%.
  • Make all the technology calls. Stack, infrastructure, vendors, compliance, roadmap.
